- Once processed, orders are dropped off to Australia Post within the next business day.

- Once an order is handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are subject to their network, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, public holidays, or high demand periods).
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. These allow you to monitor your delivery directly through Australia Post.
Handling Out-of-Stock Items
